2008 Toyota Voxy

Stock # 856
$28,800
This 2008 Voxy has a beautiful metallic silver finish that you will love but far and away it’s best feature is that it has been built with maximum use of its interior space in mind. It is a mid size van and has seating capacity for an incredible 8 people or 5 plus a wheelchair in the rear.

This Voxy also has an extraordinary remote controlled automated pulley system which pulls the wheelchair into the car! Check out video above.

With just 86,450km on the dash, a versatile and practical dark interior (easy to wipe away any spills) this car is perfect for a large family or school bus run with an especially easy to use wheelchair spot in the rear.

About This Car

The Voxy is one of our most popular wheelchair accessible cars. Clients often come looking for a small car but when they try the Voxy or Noah they are blown away by the space within the car, the ease of getting in and out of the car (especially for the wheelchair passenger) and how simple and effortless it is to drive. Clients also say they especially like the added vision they get while driving a mini van compared to a smaller sedan.

Extremely user friendly, the rear seats are simple to lift and stow, lower and lock.
The Voxy is spacious, seating 5 plus a wheelchair person, so there’s room for everyone and everything else you may need to transport.

Toyota Voxy Wheelchair Feature

This is a Japanese Toyota factory designed, engineered and installed hydraulic sloper and easy pull out aluminium ramp.

Accordingly, the fitment and quality is perfect and when activated, the rear of the car lowers (hence the name sloper). The ramp is pulled out and thus an optimal angle is created for the wheelchair person to easily navigate up the reduced incline.

This particular Voxy has a set of retractable belts that are operated by remote control. The belts are placed around the wheelchair while it is at the base of the ramp. At the touch of the remote the belts pull the wheelchair into the car. It’s pretty cool to watch and is a great example of Toyota engineer’s commitment to producing welcab features which truly help make life easier for wheelchairs passengers and their carers.

When inside the car rear q straints safely and securely lock the wheelchair in place for safe motoring.

It our belief after years in the industry that local aftermarket conversions cannot match the standards, resources, vehicle knowledge, and manufacturing quality of Toyota. That’s why Toyota’s welcab vehicles are superior.

Wheelchair & Car Dimensions

Approximate Interior dimensions of the wheelchair seating position are as follows:
Height: 135cm Length: 100cm Width: 65cm.

Overall Vehicle Dimensions: Height: 185cm Length: 458 – 462cm Width: 169cm

Toyota Voxy Engine, Economy & Reliability

This Voxy has a 2L 4 Cylinder 3ZR -FAE engine. This means it has an ultra-reliable motor consuming only 14.2km/L on highway driving. These are excellent numbers in spite of the extra weight and engineering of the Toyota wheelchair modification.

Toyota engines are world renowned for their longevity and reliability which is why it’s the main brand we now stock. It is also a reason why Toyota has a long history of being the largest selling manufacturer in the world. If you’re after reliability for your wheelchair vehicle, you’re after a Toyota Welcab – it really is that simple.

2006 Toyota Porte

Stock # 831
$24,800
This is a battery powered transfer wheelchair 2006 Toyota Porte. It has a stunning metallic bronze exterior and tasteful interior - cream beige material seats with a gold and brown fleck. A cream and black dash with woodgrain completes what is quite a stylish and individual look which is synonymous with our understanding of the Porte designs.

It's a lovely little car, perfect for a couple where one has a little trouble walking but want to get out and about with their partner in the drivers seat.

About This Car

The Toyota Porte has quickly become our most popular compact wheelchair access car because, according to customer feedback, clients can actually travel in the front passenger seat with the driver beside them. They feel connected rather than being chauffeured in the rear of a larger people mover - which for many are the stereotypical wheelchair vehicles on offer.

What’s really cool is the large sliding door on the passenger side. It makes transferring in and out of the car a breeze. Add to that the compact size, great overall visibility, ease of use and excellent economy, and it's easy to see why it’s an excellent choice and bigger isn't always better.

It’s the perfect size for up to 4 passengers plus the person in a wheelchair.

Wheelchair Accessible Feature

Without exception, customers are amazed the first time they witness the incredible engineering of the Toyota Porte wheelchair feature. It has a battery powered luxury wheelchair (which comes with the car). It sits on an electric arm which rotates and lowers the wheelchair out of the car.

The chair then detaches for use and the person literally can drive away. There are hand controls on both the wheelchair itself for the passenger as well as additional controls at the rear of the chair for the carer should they be required.

When re-entering the car, the wheelchair is simply positioned onto the extended electric arm which then raises the wheelchair back into the car, and turns 90 degrees to return the chair to the correct position.

The passenger wheelchair seat is especially clever and warrants further elaboration. It’s a fully autonomous power wheelchair with up to 4.5km’s travel distance on a single charge.

More About The Toyota Porte

As mentioned before this wheelchair vehicle is all about the passenger door. In case your French is a little rusty, 'porte' is logically French for 'door'.

The powered passenger door opens to a remarkable 1165mm tall and 1020mm wide making it an excellent size for a wheelchair. Until we saw our first Toyota Porte we couldn’t believe how much access you genuinely get with this intelligently designed sliding door.

There is a staggering overall internal height of 1380mm. This is due to the cleverly designed flat floor and higher roofline for the factory wheelchair access versions. Rather than looking like an afterthought, you probably would never have noticed the higher roof because it is so well done and disguised in the overall car design.

There is a very handy boot space and the rear seat can easily fold down to provide even more space if required. Perfect for a weekend away on a shopping spree (if you're that lucky!).

For the frugal ones among you, the penny pinchers, the bargain hunters, you’ll love to know that the car operates at only 8.9L/ 100km. Arguably the most fuel efficient wheelchair access car on the market today.

We have the biggest range in Australia of Toyota Welcab and Nissan Lifecare wheelchair and mobility vehicles available for inspection or test drive so please feel free to pop down and check out this fantastic wheelchair car for yourself.

2007 Toyota Alphard

Stock # 827
$34,800
A 2007 pearl white Toyota Alphard Welcab with the very rare and hard to find dual accessibility features at an affordable price like this one. This disability car won't be here long! The front passenger seat is a transfer chair that sits on an electric turntable that turns the chair and extends it out of the car (see pictures above). The rear of the Alphard lowers hydraulically and the ramp folds out onto the ground to allow a reduced and safe incline for the wheelchair to enter the car (Sloper). Travelled just 79,500 km, the Alphard will give you years of trouble free motoring.

Remember – these Welcabs (wheelchair vehicles) are made in the Toyota factory in Japan and built to carry wheelchair passengers so the suspension and interior accessibility fitout is exceptional. Feedback from wheelchair passengers is that they are impressed with how comfortable it is to ride inside the vehicle.

The dual option of this Alphard allows great flexibility for the wheelchair passenger. If the passenger can stand or have good upper strength they can easily transfer into the front seat while their wheelchair is safely stowed in the rear or they can sit in the rear on their wheelchair. Also it is easy to transfer down - so from wheelchair down to the passenger seat and vice versa.

It also offers a further option - if you need a wheelchair space and also have a family member that finds it difficult to get in and out of a car then this car will satisfy both needs.

About the Alphard

These cars were designed with ease of use and comfort in mind. It has exceptional handling stability and a roomy interior which lends itself well to be an ideal transport for wheelchair passengers. The bucket velour seats are wide and soft with plenty of legroom. The rear seats are incredibly simple to operate.

With full electrical component features the Alphard has all the extras you’d expect - power windows, mirrors, dual AC, a second row passenger side power door (operational from a button on the dash), interior ‘mood’ lighting (again – from a button on the dash). Reverse Camera and CD player (check out all the features listed below), ultra soft quality seats and carpets.

Of all the things that are impressive about the Alphard our clients are mostly amazed by its quiet motor and handling - especially on the highway. They also tell us they enjoy sitting up above the traffic so their vision is greatly increased along with their feeling of safety for themselves and their wheelchair passenger.

Toyota Alphard Wheelchair Feature

When inside the car, Original Engineered and Manufactured (OEM) retractable belts and wire cables safely and securely lock the wheelchair in place for safe motoring. At the push of a button the belts and wire cables lock the wheelchair into a fixed position so the wheelchair is extremely safe.

We also fit International standard ‘Q-Straints’ or similar to each car to meet Australian Design Regulations (ADR’s) when required. This gives you an additional method to further secure your wheelchair for your safety. In our opinion local aftermarket conversions simply cannot match the standards, resources, vehicle knowledge, and manufacturing quality of Toyota. That’s why Toyota’s welcab vehicles are so superior.

Stock # 806
$21,800
This is a 2011 silver Nissan NV200 with a manual pullout ramp 2 wheelchair spot in the middle row and the rear. Ideal for those that have to transport 2 push wheelchairs or just 1 power wheelchair. All restraints, ramp and wheelchair feature's of this van made in the Nissan factory in Japan by Nisaan Lifecare which is the wheelchair and mobility vehicle range similar to Toyota Welcab . It's seats 3 plus the wheelchair positions.

Released by Nissan in 2009 and winning International Van of the Year in 2010. This new look NV200 has so much to offer: A large and functional interior space with an excellent remote pulley system wheelchair accessible feature. A stunning white metallic exterior with black trim and a stylish modern shape. (I suggest you take a look at the photos above). Added to this it has travelled a mere 91,000 km but most importantly it is obvious that it has been regularly serviced and well looked after.

All this value in a car for a price that is less than the price of a local after market ramp – amazing but true!

About the NV200

These specialised vans are all custom made so they have different wheelchair accessibility features. This one boasts room in the rear to fit 2 wheelchairs plus a carer and two seats in the front.

Being a van they have plenty of interior room for passengers to move within. This is absolutely a plus for a wheelchair access vehicle especially if you’re travelling and need extra room for all the bits and bobs you my need to travel with.

Our clients often say its important for them to be able to see through the windows of a car easily - these vans have excellent vision for all within. Our clients have also expressed their surprise when discovering how easy the NV200 is to drive – the joy of powered steering means the van drives like a small car but with all the added space, versatility, visibility and comfort of a larger car that’s actually not that much bigger than a sedan (check out car measurements below)

NV200 Wheelchair Accessibility Feature

The Vanette Life Care is a specialized version of NV200 Vanette with a wheelchair entrance at the rear. The Nissan engineers have created a simple and effective design where 2 wheelchairs can be easily and safely loaded into what is essentially a small van.

An easy to pull out lightweight aluminium ramp is lowered onto the ground.
Using the remote, retractable belts can be pulled out towards the ramp and attached to the wheelchair. The belts then aid in ‘pulling’ the wheelchair into the car. The chair is fastened in by the restraints. Once the first wheelchair is in the second can be loaded or that space used to house accessibility equipment that may be needed.

2003 Toyota Alphard

Stock # 804
$27,500
In our opinion here at Integrity the most popular Welcab on the market is by far the Toyota Alphard and here we have a 2003 Alphard Sloper in great condition with 122,000 km on the dash. Don't let the mileage scare you away - it is sometimes better value for money to purchase a vehicle a little older but still in great condition and with many years of motoring ahead! Ans the price of getting your freedom back is just

this Alphard is ready to change it's new owner's lives for the best giving them the freedom to travel around in style and comfort. The Alphard and Vellfire are like the luxury van like Limousine's in Asia people can't get enough of them.

With full electrical component features the Alphard has all the extras you’d expect - power windows, mirrors, dual AC, a second row passenger side power door (operational from a button on the dash), interior ‘mood’ lighting (again – from a button on the dash). CD player, Reverse Camera just to name a few (check out all the features listed below).

The Toyota Alphard is specially designed in factory by Toyota’s engineers and they are built with a welcab feature such as a sloper, a transfer chair or a transfer wheelchair.

This Alphard is a sloper – it is named after the hydraulic sloping mechanism in the rear of the vehicle. As the car lowers an electric ramp unfolds at the same time. The lightweight yet strong aluminium ramp touches the ground at a 9 to 12 degree angle allowing a gentle incline for the wheelchair occupant to be loaded into the car.

Wheelchair & Car Dimensions

Approximate Interior dimensions of the wheelchair seating position are as follows:
Second Row: Height: 135cm Length: 105cm Width: 70cm.

Overall Vehicle Dimensions
Height: 1935mm Length: 4865mm Width: 1830mm
Seating – 3 passengers + 1 wheelchair person

Toyota Alphard Engine, Economy & Reliability

The 2.4L 4 Cylinder 2AZ-FE engine is an ultra-reliable motor consuming only 10 L/100km highway driving. These are excellent numbers in spite of the extra weight and engineering of the Toyota wheelchair modification.

Toyota engines are world renown for their longevity and reliability which is why it’s the main brand we now stock. It is also a reason why Toyota has a long history of being the largest selling manufacturer in the world. If you’re after reliability for your wheelchair vehicle, you’re after a Toyota Welcab – it really is that simple.

Pricing of our factory built Japanese Toyota and Nissan wheelchair vehicles is always lower than the European brands and also lower than the locally modified vans available here. Much more research and development has been done on the factory built vehicles. As well we supply vehicles that are cheaper to run and maintain.

2012 Nissan NV200

Stock # 803
$23,880
Released by Nissan in 2009 and winning International Van of the Year in 2010. This silver 2012 NV200 has so much to offer: It seats 2 + 2 and wheelchair. It is 7 years old and has travelled 74,000 km so it is close to the Ndis Guidelines for a Vehicle with Second Hand Already Modified Vehicle Funding - Call us now to find out how this works.

The NV200 has a large and functional interior space with options to easily remove features like seats and grab rails depending on what you need. A stunning white metallic exterior with black trim and a stylish modern shape. (I suggest you take a look at the photos above). Added to this it has travelled a mere 74,000 km but most importantly it is obvious that it has been regularly serviced and well looked after.

I know style isn’t everything but the Nissan designers do a pretty good job of the NV200. The exterior shape is pleasing and fits into any car park. The interior has patterned beige cloth seats that match nicely with black floor carpets, black, beige and silver dash and the steering wheel. They also boast handy orange handrails to aid transfer in and out of the vehicle for everyone. as mentioned above these can be kept or removed as needed.

All this value in a car for a price that is less than the price of a local after market ramp – amazing but true!

Nissan NV200 Wheelchair Feature

The Vanette Life Care is a specialized version of NV200 Vanette with a wheelchair entrance at the rear. The Nissan engineers have created a simple and effective design where a wheelchair can be easily and safely loaded into what is essentially a small van.

These specialised vans are all custom made so they have different wheelchair accessibility features. This one has room in the rear to fit 1 wheelchair , 2 seats in the middle row and 2 in the front. The middle seats are bolted to the floor and can easily be removed if they are not needed. This gives the added option of a much larger space for the wheelchair occupant to use if needed.

The rear ramp is light weight and aluminium which is manually pulled out and lowered to the ground. The wheelchair space has 2 front retractable belts, 2 rear electric cables and 2 extra Oval pockets to which Q Straints can be fixed if needed. Take a look at the video above to see how all these features work.

Nissan NV200 Engine Economy & Reliability

2009 Nissan Serena

Stock # 801
$34,800
This 2009 Nissan Serena Lifecare wheelchair accessible vehicle is great value for a mobility vehicle with remote operated wheelchair hoist and restraints made in the Nissan factory in Japan by Nissan's top engineers. Nissan are very reliable and buying a Nissan Lifecare wheelchair vehicle is always gonna be cheaper and easier than waiting for a local car conversion company. The wheelchair hoist has a weight limit of 170 kg so this is perfect for a child in a small push chair or for somebody that can transfer into the car but still needs to transport a wheelchair . The entrance height is 1150 mm and once inside the cabin height is 1300 mm with a width of 720 mm on the hoist and length of 960 mm.

The Nissan Serena was the best selling minivan in Japan in 2007, 2008 and 2009 and its easy to see why. This Serena has a unique power wheelchair hoist that is operated by remote. When lowered the wheelchair passenger rolls on to the platform and is secured in by the restraints and seat belts and then lifted in to the rear of the van. It has 4 fixed seats and the wheelchair position is in the rear.

All the wheelchair features in this van were all made by Autech in collaboration with Nissan. It is our belief that they are a far superior vehicle for the wheelchair passenger than after market modified cars and vans simply because the whole car was created from the beginning to carry a wheelchair passenger. The engine was designed to carry the weight of a wheelchair plus passenger in the rear and the suspension was designed specifically with the wheelchair passenger in mind.

Our customers are always impressed and surprised by the simplicity of these vehicles and always leave happy with their new car.
Please feel fee to contact us with any questions about this van or any others on the website we are always happy to help. We also offer Australia wide delivery. Please call us on (02) 99811884 or 0408 204 425 to come check out this vehicle or any others on our site.
