It is also a reason why Toyota has a long history of being the largest selling manufacturer in the world. If you’re after reliability for your wheelchair vehicle, you’re after a Toyota Welcab – it really is that simple.

Pricing of our factory built Japanese Toyota wheelchair and mobility vehicles is always lower than the European brands, and also lower than the locally modified vans available here. 2002 TOYOTA ALPHARD

$22,800
Here at Integrity the most popular Welcab on the market for families is the Toyota Alphard. This car is a 2002 3L V6 Alphard Sloper in great condition with 132,000 km on the dash. Don't let the mileage scare you away - it is sometimes better value for money to purchase a vehicle a little older but still in great condition and with many years of motoring ahead. This Alphard has 2 wheelchair spots which is rare and adds to the flexibility that families need.

This extremely comfortable Alphard (you have to test drive one so you can experience it!) is ready to change its new owner's lives for the better giving them the freedom to travel around in style and comfort.

With full electrical component features the Alphard has all the extras you’d expect - power windows, mirrors, dual AC, a second row passenger side power door (operational from a button on the dash), interior ‘mood’ lighting (again – from a button on the dash). As an added extra Integrity can replace the Pioneer player with a touch screen radio, bluetooth and reverse camera.

Of all the things that are impressive about the Alphard our clients mostly tell us its the quiet motor and handling they like best. They also say they enjoy sitting up above the traffic so their vision is greatly increased along with their feeling of safety for themselves and their wheelchair passenger.

Toyota Alphard Wheelchair Feature

The Toyota Alphard is especially designed in factory by Toyota’s engineers and they are built with a welcab feature such as a sloper, a transfer chair or a transfer wheelchair.

This Alphard is a sloper – it is named after the hydraulic sloping mechanism in the rear of the vehicle. As the car lowers an electric ramp unfolds at the same time. The lightweight yet strong aluminium ramp touches the ground at a 9 to 12 degree angle allowing a gentle incline for the wheelchair occupant to be loaded into the car.

When inside the car, each wheelchair position has 4 point quick release Q Straint tie downs which are fitted and complied in Australia to meet Australian Design Rules. Each position also has lap and shoulder sash belts to ensure the safety of the wheelchair passengers.

In our opinion combining a Toyota vehicles' welcab suspension and ramp features with local Australian tie downs is a winning combination. You get the standards, resources, vehicle knowledge and manufacturing quality of a Toyota welcab with strong simple to use Tramanco Q Straint tie downs at an unbeatable price.

2005 TOYOTA ALPHARD

Stock # 943
$24,800
This 2005 Toyota Alphard Sloper is in excellent condition and has done only 109,000 km. The Alphard has exceptional handling stability and a roomy interior which lends itself well to be an ideal transport for wheelchair passengers. It has 3 fixed seats and 2 wheelchair spots or if you only want to use a small wheelchair you can have 4-6 seats and 1 wheelchair spot in the middle row.

About this Vehicle
These cars were designed with ease of use and comfort in mind. The bucket velour seats are wide and soft with plenty of legroom. The rear seats are incredibly simple to operate. In our opinion local aftermarket conversions simply cannot match the standards, resources, vehicle knowledge, and manufacturing quality of Toyota. That’s why Toyota’s welcab vehicles are so superior.

With full electrical component features the Alphard has all the extras you’d expect - power windows, mirrors, dual AC, a second-row passenger side power door (operational from a button on the dash), interior ‘mood’ lighting (again – from a button on the dash). When inside the car, Original Engineered and Manufactured (OEM) retractable belts and wire cables safely and securely lock the wheelchair in place for safe motoring. At the push of a button the belts and wire cables lock the wheelchair into a fixed position so the wheelchair is extremely safe.

We also fit International standard ‘Q-Straints’ or similar to each car to meet Australian Design Regulations (ADR’s) when required. This gives you an additional method to further secure your wheelchair for your safety.
