My name is Peter Rinaldi and I live in Tura Beach, a suburb of Merimbula. I was in the market to buy a Wheelchair Accessible vehicle for my wife and after searching a multitude of sites, I saw a car listed at the Integrity Car Sales and Rentals website and I knew I had to have it. It was a 2004 Toyota Noah in Blood Red and for its ages seemed to be in great condition. I sent a request in after hours and then left a message on their answering service the next morning. Within minutes the owner Justin, called me.

In 2018 my 79 year old father bought a vehicle from Integrity. In early 2019 he had an issue with the wheelchair restraints. He went to Freedom in St Mary's as they were close to were he lives. They told him to "go away, your car is not legal. We don't want to know about it". The car came from Integrity fully engineered, and it is on the registration. He then contacted PME, who say "We fix anything". They said "NOT INTERESTED". I spoke to Integrity about the issue, they drove from Brookvale to Western Sydney, looked at the issue and showed us how to correct it. It took no more than 10 minutes to fix. Huge thanks for your service when purchasing and for the after sales support.

Ben, Justin, Angie & Jason were extremely helpful and happily provided me with a rental vehicle to transfer my elderly grandma. I contacted them on such short notice as the need to transfer my grandma was sudden and extremely urgent. They were able to assist me straight away and went above & beyond to help me out. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Integrity Car Sales and Rentals! We wanted to purchase a modified vehicle for our disabled brother as his current vehicle requires a new motor. We were met after hours by Jason and Justin who showed us a variety of cars. Justin suggested we take one of the cars home to see if my brother would fit and if not, return the car and choose something else. We returned the car a couple of days later and purchased something similar. Upon returning home, our brother became very upset and wanted his old van. We contacted Justin and he said not to worry, if we wanted we could return the purchased vehicle and we would get our refund. Justin is amazing! He is very knowledgeable with all vehicles, modifications and if you are purchasing through NDIS he knows what needs to be done. He is honest and will advise you what is best for your needs. Friendly can do attitude by all staff. The entire process was simple and convenient, even to the point of dropping the car of to our premises. They picked up the car the next day due to personal circumstances and Angie went above and beyond to provide a professional quality service. The overall experience was first class and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Justin, Angie & the team are knowledgeable in the transport needs of people with disabilities and in wheelchairs. They were very helpful in guiding us through a selection of vehicles from their wide range to suit our needs. First we hired the vehicles and then guided by Justin we purchased a vehicle which we are very happy with. They are a very pleasant team to deal with.
