2012 TOYOTA VELLFIRE

Stock # 1000
$54,500
This flashy 2012 metallic silver Toyota Vellfire Welcab sloper is the perfect car for anyone looking for a more luxurious van rather than a standard looking wheelchair vehicle. The Vellfire is the stylish version of the Alphard. It was designed to have a more comfortable interior and classy exterior. The interior has soft quality furnishings combined with metal and woodgrain surfaces which give a unique impact.

If you want to travel comfortably and in luxury then this is the car for you. The passengers have not been neglected - the front and second row seats are large and bucket shaped. They also recline with a foot rest so you can truly relax on those long highway trips. The rear seats stow on the sides of the rear of the vehicle if not needed or if they are required they easily lower and lock into the car floor. Take a look at the photos above which clearly show all the Vellfire's features.

With full electrical component features, the Vellfire has all the extras you'd expect: power windows, mirrors, dual cabin air con, a second row passenger side power doors, interior 'mood' lighting, ultra soft quality seats and carpet.

Toyota Vellfire Wheelchair Feature

Like the Alphard the Vellfire was designed with an amazing handling stability and a roomy interior, which means an extra comfortable ride for everyone inside especially the wheelchair passengers.
The Welcab (wheelchair accessible vehicle) feature is truly top of the range with a rear wheelchair spot with electric restraints that winch the wheelchair into the car. It is a full size interior which supports 1 wheelchair plus 5 seats or 8 seats when the wheelchair is not in the car.

Toyota Vellfire Engine, Economy & Reliability

The Vellfire is a 2.4 L, 4 Cylinder Automatic which travels at 11.6 km per litre. The Vellfire is truly impressive and in our opinion the best there is in the wheelchair accessible vehicle (WELCAB) market.

As we have said many times before - Toyota engines are world renown for their longevity and reliability, which is why it’s the main brand we stock. It is also a reason why Toyota has a long history of being the largest selling manufacturer in the world. If you’re after reliability for your wheelchair vehicle, you’re after a Toyota Welcab – it really is that simple. But don't take our word for it, come and drive a Vellfire - we know you'll be impressed.

Pricing of our factory built Japanese Toyota wheelchair and mobility vehicles is always lower than the European brands, and also lower than the locally modified vans available here. Toyota Vellfire Wheelchair Feature

The Alphard was designed with an amazing handling stability and a roomy interior, which means an extra comfortable ride for everyone inside especially the wheelchair passengers. As mentioned above this vehicle has 2 wheelchair positions - one in the middle and one in the rear.

These positions have OEM wheelchair restraints and we have also installed 8 additional floor anchorage points which meet Australian Design Rules. the additional restraint retractors connect the wheelchair to the floor. They have a red lever which release the belt so the end hook can be attached to the wheelchair.

State rules are often changing but at present in NSW the original equipment accessibility features meet regulations for wheelchairs travelling in vehicles. In QLD the regulations require Q'Straint or similar pockets and retractor connectors.

Contrary to what some of our competitors say we CAN install and change restraint positions in our vehicles. We welcome working with your OT to ensure the restraints are in the correct position and you and your wheelchair are travelling safely in the vehicle.
