This unique Alphard has been modified with hand controls as well as the power ramp at the back. The previous owner used to drive her wheelchair in the back and transfer in the front driver's seat and use the hand controls to drive. This 2010 pearl white Toyota Alphard Welcab has a very rare and hard to find dual accessibility feature. At an affordable price like this one this disability vehicle won't be here long! The front passenger seat is a transfer chair that sits on an electric turntable that turns the chair 90 degrees and extends it out of the car (see pictures above). The rear of the Alphard lowers hydraulically and the ramp folds out onto the ground to allow a reduced and safe incline for the wheelchair to enter the car. Add to this that It has 2 wheelchair positions - one in the middle and one in the rear which gives it a lot of versatility. What this means is that you can potentially travel with 2 wheelchairs in the vehicle - depending on the size of the wheelchair.
