This 2008 pearl white Toyota Vellfire Welcab is in great condition. it has a unique configuration: 2 wheelchair positions with OEM (Original Equipment Manufatured) winch systems. If the wheelchair user has a push wheelchair the winch systems make going into and out of the vehicle so much easier and safer. The front belts on the winch are released and are placed onto the front of the wheelchair - then the winch system is activated and the wheelchair is 'pulled' into the vehicle.
