At Integrity, the safety of our customers and those that support them, as well as our own staff members comes first. Because of that we are adopting stricter health and safety measures to suit these difficult times. These policies will be updated as required. Changes at this time include:
1. Rental cars will be wiped internally with disinfectant before going out and after coming back from any rental. This includes door handles, steering wheel, dash, seat belts and the wheelchair features.
2. Sales cars will be wiped internally with disinfectant before any customers come to see them or before they leave our sites. This includes door handles, steering wheel, dash, seat belts and the wheelchair features.
3. Our staff will adhere to strict procedures around personal hand washing and cleanliness and will remain a respectful 1-2 meters away from the client at all times.
4. Any employee will be sent home if they show any symptoms of cold or flu.
In these times of uncertainty, we will do our best to accommodate last-minute, short notice reservations, as well as changes to existing bookings.
We urge you to shop locally. Please support in any way you can, the many small businesses that might be facing financial difficulties due to this health crisis. You might be surprised that the small businesses in your area have exactly what you need (milk, bread, eggs, pasta, toilet paper, etc.), and your patronage could be the financial lifeline that they require.
